About the workshop:

If a nonprofit is to be financially viable in today’s competitive marketplace, it must create and then implement a sound development plan. The session will provide participants with real tools to develop their own development plans, and will cover the following topics followed by discussion and questions:

  • Background and Context
  • The Importance of a Diversified Program
  • Tools and Resources
  • Creating the Plan
  • Tracking and Evaluating the Plan
  • Renewing and Updating the Plan

Her firm works in partnership with non-profit institutions, providing a wide range of services, including capital and endowment campaign planning and management, strategic planning, program development, board development, and communications.
